I organize an annual not-for-profit liberal arts summer program in Beijing. Supervise the academics, logistics, advertisement and finance of the organization. Recruit student instructors from colleges and universities around the world. Design and conduct interviews and course evaluations. As a board member, I am also in charge of planning the long term development of the organization in order to achieve its goal of promoting liberal arts education among Chinese high school and college students.
